Refund & Returns Policy

(PLEASE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS)

We are happy to offer a refund if the item is unsuitable within 14 days of receipt of your order. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.  All dispatched orders will include order confirmation documentation which details how to return items. When returning items that included a promotional gift, this must also be returned with the returned goods or specific related products.  

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under consumer protection. All dispatched orders will include an order confirmation form outlining your purchase details, our contact details, and our return address at HorseCare, Wexford, Ireland. Y21 KN12. Please insert the original order form or a copy of the form in the returned parcel, without this we may not be able to track your details.

Following an inspection of the returned goods and after your return has been processed you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding the original postage charge paid by you, if relevant.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5-10 working days from receipt of the return confirmation Credit Memo email; however, some banks may take longer. If you do not receive your refund to your account after 10 working days, please contact us at info@horsecare.ie.
