The applications of Melolin dressings
Melolin wound dressings are made of cotton and polyacrylonitrile fibres backed by non-woven cellulose fabric. They are highly absorbent and designed to remove excess fluid from a wound.
In addition, these dressings cushion and protect the wound area to prevent additional injuries, pain, and irritation. This makes them ideal for a wide variety of wounds, primarily those with a light to moderate amount of exudate. This includes:
- Cuts and grazes
